Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Basketball Courts Installation at Millen Primary School.
The Work includes but is not limited to the Installation of two hardcourt playing courts, application of line marking, design and construct of reticulation. Works to take place during school term
OPTIONAL ITEM – Contractors are requested to provide an optional pricing option for acrylic surfacing in Schedule B
Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Tender.
All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 100 Etwell Street,, East Victoria Park on 17 Apr, 2026 10:00 AM.
