Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the provision of the centralised space redevelopment at North Perth Primary School – 3 Albert St, North Perth WA 6006, Australia.
The Work includes but is not limited to the demolition of nominated existing elements and the construction of a new centralised outdoor space including earthworks, footings, drainage and irrigation services, hard and soft landscaping, retaining walls, seating and timber elements, playground equipment and shade structures, planting and associated finishes, all integrated and delivered in accordance with the consultant’s design as detailed in “PROMSA26091 - Annexure 1 – Scope, Specifications and Drawings”.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 5 Albert St, North Perth, on 11 June, 2026 10:00 AM.
MANDATORY SITE BRIEFING
A mandatory site briefing will be held at North Perth Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 5 Albert St, North Perth, Western Australia 6006.
