Tender Description
The City of Melville requests tender for the construction of a new park at the corner of Moreau Mews and Kishorn Rd, Applecross. Landscape works include but are not limited to demolition of existing, regrade, construction of new paved areas, on-street parking bays, planters, playground pit, Northern boundary fence, furniture, installation of new garden beds, trees, plants and turf, and all works outlined in the drawing set.
This contract will also require the awarded tenderer to assume the role of head contractor, coordinating the supply and installation of the play space, shelters, mural wall and water feature, to be designed and installed by others.
