Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Rotorua Lakes Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the full re roofing and associated external refurbishment works to the Banquet Hall building only at the Sir Howard Morrison Centre (SHMC), 1170 Fenton Street, Rotorua.

The intent of this contract is to:

  • Replace the existing long run iron roof with a new compliant roofing system
  • Rebuild and waterproof the existing box gutter
  • Rebuild and reclad the internal face of the parapet wall and install new parapet capping
  • Refurbish and repaint associated external joinery and soffits
