Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a main contractor to carry out upper walkway remedials and music room roof replacement works at Rotorua Girls High School.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Addressing ongoing leaking issues at the low-pitch roof sections at each end of the elevated corridor link between UA and AA
  • Replacing roofing iron to the lower roof of UA
  • Removing internal gutters and parapet walls and replacing them with external gutters and downpipes
  • Improving flashings to address skylight leaks and provide a durable, weathertight building envelope
  • Carrying out remedial work to leak damaged internal claddings
