Monash University is seeking quotations for the provision of an Enterprise Remote Support Solution to support secure remote access and technical support services across multiple University support teams, including Service Desk, Service Centres and eAssessments.
The solution will be used to facilitate remote troubleshooting, user support and device administration in a secure, scalable and user-friendly manner. The University currently operates a concurrent licensing model and is seeking solutions that deliver best value for money aligned to this usage profile.
Respondents are required to provide a comprehensive solution including licensing, implementation (if applicable), support and maintenance services, and demonstrate compliance with Monash technical, security and functional requirements.
