Leichhardt Oval Refurbishment EOI 5 Request for Expressions of Interest

Inner West Council (IWC) invites an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced building contractors to:

1. confirm interest in tendering for the Detailed Design and Construct (DD&C) contract to deliver the project; and

2. demonstrate experience in successfully managing and delivering DD&C projects - working within framework of an established design, coordinating design finalisation and site works, and contributing to project outcomes in a collaborative environment; and

3. provide evidence they have required experience in the following:

a) delivering projects of $40+million (excl GST)

b) stadia and sporting facilities

c) refurbishment projects

d) working with Local Government

e) projects with significant community and political interest

f) projects with many different concurrent work fronts.

From this EOI process, IWC will shortlist contractors to be invited to participate in the Request for Tender (RFT) process, with intent to engage a Contractor under a GC-21 DD&C contract to finalise design, construct, commission and handover the Leichhardt Oval Refurbishment.
