Kaniva Synthetic Bowling Green & Civil Works

West Wimmera Shire Council invites submissions from suitably qualified contractors for the removal of the existing bowling infrastructure (excluding lighting system) and supply and install a new synthetic bowling green, pathways, shelters and other associated infrastructure at the Kaniva Bowling Green.

This tender forms part 1 of a 2 parts tendering opportunity at the Kaniva Bowling Club with works expected to be completed by September 2026. Works for both tenders will need to occur simultaneously and liaising between contractors is critical. Those wishing to submit to both opportunities, please provide in your response the discount offered if you are awarded both tenders. Designs, reference materials and specifications are provided with the tender documentation.

This tender will allow for design & construct and construct only submissions to be provided. A conforming submission must be provided in addition to any proposed design & construct submissions. All design & construct submissions must make clear departures from the provided specifications/designs OR provide specifications and concept designs in their submission. D&C submissions must be certified by a registered Civil Engineer taking into account site conditions.
