Nurse Workforce Management Software

Overview

Austin Health is seeking to contract a qualified and experienced managed services provider to deliver end-to-end support for Austin Health's nursing workforce management software services, including software implementation and integration, license, support and maintenance, advisory services, cloud back up.

The aim of the questionnaire is to:

•  Better understand the market capability and identify suppliers who can provide a nurse workforce management software system to support Austin Health
•  Understand the different systems in the market, including benefits and features
•  Identify suppliers with Health Sector experience within Australia
•  Understand the indicative costs (both CAPITAL and OPERATING) of a new system in order to secure funding
•  Understand suppliers capabilities to interface with existing systems, including an IT cyber security assessment.

Following the evaluation of the PQQ submissions, suitable suppliers maybe shortlisted and invited to respond to a formal Invitation to Supply (ITS).
