Pedestrian Safety Upgrades at Swallow Street and Byrne Street, Port Melbourne

The City of Port Phillip invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a Tender for the Pedestrian Safety Upgrades at Swallow Street and Byrne Street, Port Melbourne.

The works under this Contract include, but are not limited to, the construction of kerb outstands, raised platforms, kerb and channel works, road resurfacing, drainage improvements, installation of a solar light pole, and other associated works. Full details are provided in the Request for Tender (RFT) documentation, including specifications, drawings, and contract conditions.

Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

All submissions must be lodged electronically via the City of Port Phillip nominated etender portal. Tenderers must ensure that all mandatory schedules and supporting documentation are completed and uploaded as specified in the RFT. Non-conforming tenders may be excluded from further consideration.

The City of Port Phillip reserves the right to amend the RFT, negotiate with tenderers, or not proceed with awarding a contract.
