C679Q Inspection of Sealed and Unsealed Roads 2026

• Visual/physical inspection of listed assets to assess their condition using the condition rating system from Council’s Road Asset Management Plan.

• Report the condition for each Road Segment.

• Review past inspection reports and identify any significant changes in condition.

• Sealed Pavements should be rated in accordance with Table 23 Sealed Pavement Condition Rating Criteria in Council’s Road Asset Management Plan.

• Sealed Surface Condition should be rated in accordance with Table 24 Sealed Surface Condition Rating Criteria in Council’s Road Asset Management Plan.

• Gravel Pavement condition should be rated in accordance with Table 25 Gravel Pavement Rating Criteria in Council’s Road Asset Management Plan.

• Provide an Excel spreadsheet that has each Segment listed along with its condition rating.

• Work to be completed by 31 May 2026
