This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Requirements
The People, Communication and Parliamentary Division (PCPD) team, within the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing requires an experienced user experience (UX) team and platform to provide a range of services, including, but limited to:
- Recruit high‑quality participants quickly
- Support moderated and unmoderated research
- Enable user research methods such as card sorting, tree testing, interviews, and usability testing
- Streamline scheduling, participant management, and incentives
- Avoid additional licensing of specialist UX platforms (e.g., Optimal Workshop)
The initial requirement is for a period of 12 months, with an option to extend for up to 12 months depending on the Customer's requirement.
