Job details
This role is critical to maintaining the department’s test automation capability and ensuring quality assurance delivery across multiple key technology programs and projects.
The position supports the development, maintenance, and execution of automated test scripts and suites across critical applications and ensures consistent regression coverage for, major programs, monthly releases, and security patch cycles under the direction of the Automation Test Lead.
This role is fundamental to delivering stable, frequent, and high-quality releases across ICT.
This role demands a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in uplifting and operating a mature Test Automation platform within the context of DCCEEW and maintaining alignment with the organisation’s testing standards.
This includes integration with a diverse suite of applications developed in various programming languages, each tailored to specific business requirements as well as ensuring consistent and logical test approaches across a rapidly evolving landscape.
