Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Hardcourt Resurfacing works at North Fremantle Primary School.
The Work includes but is not limited to the resurfacing of the court through the removal and relaying of new asphalt, incorporating subgrade preparation, placement and compaction of subbase, base course, and wearing course as detailed in PROMSA26022 - Annexure 1 - Scope, Specifications & Drawings.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 30 John St, North Fremantle on 2 Feb, 2026 11:00 AM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at North Fremantle Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 30 John St, North Fremantle WA 6159.
