Community Centre Digital Concierge

The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences.

ABOUT THE TENDER:

The City of Parramatta is undertaking a digital transformation initiative to improve community engagement, operational efficiency, and security across council-operated facilities. As part of this strategy, the Council plans to implement an AI-enabled Digital Concierge system, beginning with a pilot deployment at the Yarra Community Centre.

Objectives of the Digital Concierge

•  Enhance Community Engagement: Provide residents and visitors with real-time, accessible information and support.
•  Improve Operational Efficiency: Automate routine tasks such as bookings, event inquiries, and facility usage tracking.
•  Strengthen Security: Integrate with existing surveillance and access control systems to support proactive incident management.
•  Enable Scalability: Ensure the solution can be expanded to other council facilities with minimal reconfiguration. Enable scalable deployment across other community facilities.
