Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This project consists of the construction of a footpath and associated works on Albert Street, Ararat.

The contractor is responsible for the construction of the footpath and all associated work in accordance with this scope of work, including the supply of all labour, plant hire and materials.

The contractor is required to obtain all necessary permits, i.e. working in the road reserve (no fee applicable), service authority approvals, etc., prior to work commencing.
