Intersection Upgrade - Paschendale Avenue & Fifth Street

Mildura Rural City Council is seeking Tender responses from suitably qualified individuals and organisations to undertake the intersection upgrade at Paschendale Avenue and Fifth Street – including improving safety for all users (vehicular, pedestrian, and cyclist), modifying traffic priorities where required, and implementing Safe System treatments to reduce the likelihood and severity of crashes, in line with Council’s road safety objectives.

ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in the etender portal.

INSPECTION: A site inspection with Council is available on request via the forum. Inspections are recommended however not mandatory.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the etender System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page of the etender  portal

Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
