Consultancy Services for Development of Manningham Recreation Strategy

Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to develop a strategic framework to guide the future provision of recreation in Manningham.

The scope of works, project objectives and other relevant information is outlined in the Project Brief.

Any questions about this request should be submitted through the 'Question Forum' in the etender portal. The cut off time for questions is 11:00am Thursday 5 February 2026.

The lowest of any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal quotations will not be considered.
