Gawler Sport and Community Centre Toilets Upgrade

Town of Gawler is seeking Responses from qualified and experienced Contractors to deliver upgrades to the Gawler Sport and Community Centre toilets block, encompassing:

• Changes to the current layout to optimize space and align with modern legislative accessibility standards and requirements

• Demolition and construction work

• Replacement of tiles (wall and floor); fixtures; toilet partitions; and benchtops

• Upgrades/modifications to existing MEP services
