Plumbing Services Panel (Planned and Unplanned Maintenance)

⁠⁠⁠The Town of Gawler seeks submissions from suitably qualified and experienced plumbing contractors to deliver both planned preventative and reactive plumbing services across Council-owned and managed assets.

The planned maintenance component includes the routine inspection, servicing, testing, and preventative maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and associated infrastructure to ensure ongoing compliance, reliability, and operational efficiency. The reactive services component covers the timely response, diagnosis, and repair of unplanned plumbing issues, faults, and failures as they arise, including emergency works where required
