Property Condition Assessment Program

⁠⁠⁠Aboriginal Housing Victoria (AHV) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor for the provision of property condition inspection services.

Respondents are advised to download, accept the tender documentation conditions and respond accordingly via the eTenderBox

Your submission will be recorded as being received after the transmission of all the files has been successfully completed. An online receipt will be displayed and emailed upon completion.

Submissions will only be accepted via eTenderBox. The maximum file size is 100MB and 'zipped' files are recommended.

Email, facsimiles, hard copy or late submissions will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the respondent to ensure that tender submissions are received by the advertised tender closing date/time.

Questions/clarifications must be submitted by the 'Communications Closing Date' and via the 'Communications' tab on eTender Box. AHV Officers are NOT to be contacted directly.
