The scope includes:
- Data capture of the City of Kingston's buildings and building structures within the municipality
- Condition assessment of the City of Kingston's buildings and building structures within the municipality
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably qualified consultancy company
- Relevant experience and capability in data capture and condition assessment of buildings and building structures
Instructions to Tenderers
- Submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time, with sufficient time allowed for lodging the submission
- Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances
- All clarification questions must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the RFx closing date
