Kingston City Council (Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the resurfacing of the existing bowling green at Parkdale Bowls Club.

The scope of works for this contract includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Site Establishment
• Conversion of natural turf bowling green to synthetic grass (Green A)
• Removal and disposal of existing synthetic grass (Green B)
• Base rectification works (Green A and B)
• Supply and Install new synthetic grass (Green A and B)
• Removal of old player shelters
• Supply and install new players shelters, including all concrete and associated materials
• Fencing and ditch demolition (Green C)
• Ground leveling
• Ditch, irrigation and other existing infrastructure works, if required
• Bowls equipment
• Site reinstatement
