Design Services Brierly Redevelopment Project

The Warrnambool City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Design Team to undertake the provision of Design Services associated with the Brierly Redevelopment Project to provide a complete and complimentary set of documents required to progress the project to tender for construction.

The successful design team must have the capacity and expertise to respond to each of the project components. It must also aspire to develop infrastructure that is innovative, outstanding in form, identity and first class in functionality.

The Brierly Redevelopment Project is a generational renewal of the community’s premier sporting precinct and will include the following facilities:

• Utility connections and upgrades
• Sports Pavilion
• Spectator terracing
• Car park and lighting
• Landscaping

Associated infrastructure inclusive of, but not limited to, access ways, pedestrian linkages, drainage (including WSUD principles), service connections.
