ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY

As announced on 1 July 2023, the Councils of the University of Adelaide (UoA) and the University of South Australia (UniSA) have entered into a formal agreement to work together to support the State Government in the creation of a new leading contemporary and comprehensive university of global standing.

On March 2024, the new Adelaide University has been formally established under the Adelaide University Act 2023, along with appointment of the Adelaide University Transition Council and approval of the Terms of Reference for a Transitional Academic Board. The transition to a separate, new entity, will be progressed to ensure that Adelaide University is fully operational in January 2026. UoA and UniSA will continue to operate independently within their obligations under various regulatory and legislative requirements, including competition law, while dedicating the necessary resources, time and commitment to the design and construction of the new Adelaide University.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Adelaide University SharePoint (New House) initiative seeks a qualified supplier to provide specialist resources on a time and materials basis to design, configure, and implement a new SharePoint environment, including migration of existing content and Power Platform components.

SUBMISSIONS

Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box on the portal. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. 

CLOSING DATE AND TIME

Submissions close at 2pm ACDT on the Tuesday 9th December 2025 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The University is not bound to accept the lowest priced quote or all or any part of a quote and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Quote process and select the uuccessful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Staff of the University are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
