Tender Description
Wyndham City Council is seeking a qualified Contractor to deliver land clearance and property maintenance services across various sites within the municipality. Works include grass cutting, slashing, brush cutting, rubbish and debris removal, vegetation management, weed control, reinstatement works, temporary fencing, and emergency call-outs.
The Contractor must supply all labour, equipment, and materials, respond to jobs at short notice, meet required timeframes, and ensure all sites are left clean and safe. Safe access must be maintained at all times, and compliant Traffic Management Plans are required where works occur near roads or public areas.
