Maryland Creek Rehabilitation - Stage 1 Works

The Purpose of this tender is to find a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake the earthworks associated with rehabilitation of Stage 1 at Maryland Creek.

Persons willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline (at the Tender Box). Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tender lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
