Expression of Interest - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform and Housing Management System

⁠⁠⁠AHV invites responses to this Expression of Interest (EOI) to provide a cloud-based, integrated platform that will replace or substantially modernise its current housing system. The successful vendor will deliver a solution that enhances efficiency, interoperability, and service delivery across the housing lifecycle, from vacancy through to tenancy management, rent processing, maintenance, and client engagement.

Responses to this EOI will assist AHV in shortlisting vendors to participate in a Closed Request for Tender (RFT) process, where detailed functional, technical, and commercial evaluations will be undertaken.

Your submission will be recorded as being received after the transmission of all the files has been successfully completed. An online receipt will be displayed and emailed upon completion.
