PCS-03193 - Development Environment

MDBA is seeking a Statement of Work (SoW) from a services provider to deliver a secure, scalable, and standardised corporate development environment using Azure AVD. This engagement will include discovery, design, planning, implementation, and operationalisation of AVD(Windows) and DevTestLabs(Linux) as MDBA’s preferred dev environment options, based on the analysis in the Development Environment Draft Architecture v1.0 (16 June 2025).

The solution must:

• Provide secure, on-demand, developer-ready workstations.
• Integrate with MDBA’s existing Azure and AWS DevOps environments and deployment pipelines.
• Improve compliance, governance, and security posture.
• Minimise operational overheads
• Support MDBA’s multi-cloud and security objectives.
