Overview
The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) is seeking a Seller to define an accelerated AI operating model for the organisation.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Defining an accelerated AI operating model for the ATO
- Clarifying what is needed to industrialise high-value AI use cases at the ATO
- Setting out how the ATO should organise across groups to support the operating model
- Identifying the critical work packages and accountabilities required
- Assessing the recommended model against DTA guidance
