Infringement Management System

Mildura Rural City Council is seeking tender responses from suitably qualified organisations to provide a comprehensive infringement management solution that includes:

• Infringement processing services to support Council’s Local Laws, Environmental Health, Asset Preservation, Statutory Planning, and Building teams.

• Optional pricing for field operation equipment, including mobile devices and Bluetooth-enabled printers.

ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in the etender portal.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the etender System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page of the etender portal.

Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
