Multidisciplinary teams into general practice – Perth North

WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) is commissioning a service provider to deliver a multidisciplinary team in collaboration with participating general practices.

For the Perth North PHN region, the allied health services to be delivered by the same provider include: Registered female nurse, dietitian and podiatrist.

Perth South: Padbury, Girrawheen, Stirling, Bedford and Balga.
