Road and other Civil Works Panel

The Council proposes to engage suitably qualified and experienced Contractor/s as part of preferred supplier panel to execute its Road Renewal and Civil Works Program. This tender will be awarded in three parts and/or categories. Any tenderer may apply to one, several or all of these parts and/or categories being.

• Part A - Asphalting and Ancillary Works

• Part B - Road Reconstruction and other Civil Works

    o Category 1 - Road, Carpark & Associated Works

    o Category 2: Civil Works

    o Category 3: Prequalification Works

• Part C - Road Safety Barriers

All prospective tenderers are invited to attend a pre-tender briefing scheduled for Monday, 24 November 2025 at 3:00pm via MS Teams. Tenderers shall register their attendance by no later than 12:00 noon on Friday, 21 November 2025 via email at tendering@whittlesea.vic.gov.au detailing the contract number, company name and name(s) of attendees and their email ID.

Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend the pre- tender briefing. However, this is not a mandatory requirement.
