Tender Description
The City of Kwinana (the City) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the redevelopment of the Kwinana Recquatic Centre. This EOI forms Stage 1 of a multi stage, Regulations compliant procurement process conducted in accordance with Section 3.57 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA) and the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996 (WA).
This EOI is not a tender. No pricing is sought at this stage. Shortlisted Respondents may progress to a restricted invitation only Request for Tender (RFT) for a combined Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and Design & Construct (D&C) contract structured as separable portions under a modified version of Australian standard AS4902.
This EOI process will not form a contractual arrangement of any kind.
