Tender Description
The City of Armadale is seeking a suitably qualified and resourced supplier to design, construct, commission and support the refurbishment and expansion of Armadale Fitness & Aquatic Centre’s geothermal sourced heating system. This is to include new geothermal heat exchangers, a water-to-water heat pump, associated pumps, pipework, valves, insulation, electrical works, controls, building management system (BMS) integration, monitoring, commissioning, training and post-construction support.
Works must be delivered within a live aquatic centre environment with careful coordination to minimise disruption to operations and patrons.
