Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Cooling Schools Mechanical Services Upgrades at Four (4) DOE nominated site namely:
- Dawson Park Primary School
- High Wycombe Primary School
- Serpentine Primary School
- Spearwood Primary School
The Work includes but is not limited to the removal of Evaporative systems and Gas Heaters and make good of All areas including floors, walls, ceilings and Roof finishes. The supply and installation of new Refrigerated Air Conditioning to the DoE Standard Brief. Including the requirement for Mechanical Fresh Air to Classroom. Minor Building works may also be required.
Relocation of any services affected by the works including but not limited to Power points and Data Points WAP equipment, Security Sensors and Sirens, PA speakers, Projectors, Smoke Detectors, lights and Fans. PA Speakers must always remain connected during term time to adhere to the school’s evacuation procedures.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at the various schools. The locations of the briefings will be as below:

- Dawson Park Primary School, 120 Bougainvillea Ave, Forrestfield WA 6058 on Wednesday, 24 June 2026 at 12:00 PM
- Serpentine Primary School, Lefroy St, Serpentine WA 6125 on Thursday, 25 June 2026 at 10:00 AM
- Spearwood Primary School, 73 Gerald St, Spearwood 6163 on Thursday, 25 June 2026 at 12:00 PM
