Tender Description

Victoria University's Property Services Team has taken over responsibility for the facilities and asset management functions for the University’s student accommodation portfolio.

This portfolio comprises a mix of leased and owned multi-story accommodation, situated close to the Kelburn campus, along with a portfolio of houses located around the Kelburn campus.

• 40 houses with 121 beds.

• 7 first year multi-storey buildings with 1,946 beds.

• 5 multi-storey buildings for independent living with 796 beds

The University is looking for providers who have the capability, experience and tradespeople to deliver scheduled, reactive and project-based maintenance services across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
