Tender Description
Interested parties are required to complete a Confidentiality Deed to be eligible to receive a full set of documents for the Request for Lease Proposal (RFLP) for Eden NSW, Edrom Commercial Facility Lot 101 DP 1095252. Port Authority is seeking Lease Proposals from Respondents to lease the Edrom Commercial Facility (Opportunity) to operate a commercial or industrial business that is compatible with the Port of Eden.
This RFLP is an market process and the successful Respondent, which is best placed to generate commercial opportunity by activating Twofold Bay Multipurpose Wharf, will be granted an initial 10-year term Lease for the Opportunity. The successful Respondent must demonstrate alignment with Port Authority's vision, support the purpose of the Twofold Bay Multipurpose Wharf in supporting local industry and effectively demonstrate their compliance with the related environmental statutory requirements.
