We currently have modern office spaces available within the following community centres through an Expression of Interest:

• Blue Haven Community Centre
• Watanobbi Community Centre
• Peninsula Community Centre

Blue Haven Community Centre

Location: 1 Apsley Court, Blue Haven

• Office 1 – Total floor space 16.7m2

• Office 2 - Total floor space 11.5m2

• Office 3 - Total floor space 11.3m2

Combined total area: 39.5m2

• Access to shared modern kitchen, toilet facilities and outdoor space.

• Off street parking and alarmed facility.

• Large multi-purpose Community Centre with hall to hire pending availability.

• Electricity, water, waste charges, maintenance costs covered by Central Coast Council as part of the hire fee per annum.
