• Re-level and repair bouncing floor in kitchen, pack room & hallway including entry and replace damaged stumps
• Re level doorways and repair sagging floors throughout building
• Allow to replace approx. 50 stumps
• Inspect remaining stumps for movement
• Obtain building permit
• Site clean
