New Footpath Construction 2025-26

As part of Mount Alexander Shire Councils commitment to maintaining and upgrading our footpath network to ensure accessibility throughout the shire a number of locations have been identified for either replacement of existing footpath or the construction of new path segments.

This project consists of three portions of work in different locations:

Portion A:

Construction of new asphalt footpath at Hargraves Street between Campbell Street and Hunter Street in Castlemaine

Portion B:

Construction of new concrete footpath at Doveton Street between Kennedy Street and Hargraves Street

Portion C:

Construction of new asphalt footpath at Franklin Street between Fletcher Street and Turner Street in Guildford
