Bogong Street Lakes Entrance – Drainage Renewal Construction Works

An optional pre-tender onsite briefing will be held. Please refer to Part 1 (Conditions of Tendering).

Tenderers are to ensure submissions are uploaded to the etender portal as early as possible to avoid disappointment with the submission being cut off at closing time.

Late or manual submissions will not be accepted; Contractors are to ensure sufficient time is allowed for upload.

Check documents for accuracy prior to upload, completed pricing schedule must be uploaded for submission to be deemed conforming.

The Contract Agreement will be sent electronically to the successful Tenderer where your signatories will be required to insert a digital signature

Description of Works

The principal items of work include the following:

a. Construction of new stormwater pipe and pits.

b. Connection of the new stormwater pipe to existing pipe and pits.

Scope of specification

The works covered by this specification consists of the supply of all labour, materials and equipment necessary to construct and complete the whole of the works in accordance with the accompanying plans and as herewith specified. Should any discrepancy occur between any plans or between the plans and specification or between the plans and the actual site conditions the Contractor shall refer such discrepancy to the Superintendent before proceeding with that section of work.
