Civil Construction Works Panel

Hume City Council invites tenders for the Civil Construction Works Panel contract.

Council is seeking to appoint qualified and experienced Contractors to form a panel, to deliver civil infrastructure works, predominantly from Council’s capital works program. The Panel may also be requested to perform maintenance-type-works to ensure Council’s assets and infrastructure are meeting the intended operational requirements for the community.

Tenderers interested in bidding for this opportunity must attend one of the Tender Briefing Sessions:

Session 1 - Tuesday 11 November 2025, at 2pm OR

Session 2 - Thursday 12 November 2025 at 2.30 pm

Sessions will be held at the Hume City Council Town Hall, Broadmeadows, Room 2.02. Further details can be found in Volume 1 of the tender documents.
