Tender Description
The Principal is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake the following:
To assess the viability, community need, and strategic alignment of upgrading existing aquatic facilities within the Shire compared to developing a new facility, in line with the Council Plan's vision for sustainable, inclusive, and healthy communities.
In particular, to explorethe feasibility and business case to provide 12 months of the year operations.
To develop a business case for improved aquatic facilities provision in order to guide Council decision-making for future investment.
