Provision of Routine Maintenance Servicing Fire Safety Equipment

Horsham Rural City Council invites tenders from qualified and experienced providers for the full management, maintenance, inspection, testing, and compliance of fire protection systems across all Council-owned, leased, managed, or maintained buildings within the Horsham municipality.

The successful contractor must ensure all systems remain operational, compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements, and capable of always delivering life-saving fire protection. All work must adhere to the Building Code of Australia, relevant Australian Standards (particularly AS 1851), and Victorian Essential Safety Measures (ESM) regulations.

These services will be contracted for a period of three years, with an optional two, two-year terms.
