Hay Shire Council invites Expression of Interest from individuals, community groups or organisations interested in periodic grounds control of the Maude Cemetery located at Pibrock Road Maude NSW 2711.

The area encompasses the area surrounding the Maude Cemetery, at an estimated 77,435m2.

• Availability: Immediately
• Term: 12 months, with an option to extend 2 x 12 months
• Conditions:
• Maintenance of land to mitigate bushfire risk and keeping land weed free.
• Maintenance of fencing around the site.
• Keeping limited vehicular access (for funerals and maintenance) and 24/7 pedestrian access to the cemetery component.

• Proposed management plan
• Public liability insurance (or intention to obtain)
