Removal and Asset Recovery of Parking Meters Horsham Central Business District

Horsham Rural City Council is removing and selling a total of 60 Blinkay Chrono V3 parking meters from the CBD. Out of these, one meter has already been removed from the street and is safely stored at the Horsham Rural City Council Depot.

The project includes:

• Disconnection of power and communications.
• Physical removal of remaining meter units, including solar panels and batteries.
• Secure software decommissioning.
• Transportation to the contractor’s facilities.
• Reinstatement of all affected sites to a safe, functional, and visually acceptable condition.
• Transparent disposal of assets through competitive processes to maximise financial return

Council is not bound to accept any or lowest tender.

Late tenders will not be considered.
