Utility and Emissions Data Platform

Mornington Peninsula Shire Council (the Shire) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision a utility and emissions data management service. It is intended the service will assist the Shire to capture, monitor and report on utility and other environmental data, forecast project greenhouse gas emissions and enable operational efficiencies relating to emissions inventory development, utility account payments, utility budget forecasting and utility reimbursement invoice generation.
