Alma Park East Multipurpose Court

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the Alma Park East Multipurpose Court.

Please refer to the invitation documentation for further details on the Scope of Works.

Tenders must be clearly marked with the RFT no. and title and are to be lodged electronically via the etender portal by the time and date noted under Tender Details.

Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any quotation, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time or by hardcopy, email or facsimile will not be considered.

Scope of Works

Quality management system

(a) The Contractor shall implement a quality management system for all works under the Contract in accordance with Section 400 Specification Preliminaries.

Works under contract

(b) The works documented consist of acrylic asphalt multi-use courts.

(c) Unless noted otherwise, provide all materials, labour, approvals, permits, verification, and testing as necessary to deliver the works in accordance with the drawings and specification.

(d) The extent of works includes but is not limited to:

    i. Site clearing

    ii. Construction of concrete and pavements

    iii. Installation of specialist acrylic sports surface including line marking

    iv. Supply and installation of sports equipment and bollards

    v. Supply of maintenance and operation manuals, as-built drawings

    vi. Defect rectification (during defined period).
