The City of Casey is seeking an Expression of Interest for the Provision of Principal Design Consultant Services for the Cranbourne Hub, a major infrastructure project.

We are seeking responses to this EOI from experienced and suitably qualified respondents to provide the Services described in the Specification.

The successful Respondent will provide the following outcomes:

• Act as the Principal Design Consultant for the Cranbourne Hub project throughout the design development, construction documentation, contractor procurement, construction contract administration and defects liability phases of the project, aiming to develop cost-efficient design solutions that maximise functionality within budget
• Provide fully coordinated and compliant design documentation that meets all statutory, accessibility, and building code requirements
• Appoint and manage the necessary design specialist sub-consultants required to perform and complete the project design documentation including but not limited to (civil, structural, services, landscape, etc)
• Work collaboratively with the Client, Project Manager and key stakeholders to deliver a flagship Community Services Hub in Cranbourne that consolidates much needed community services into an integrated facility, fostering social cohesion and enhanced community wellbeing, urban renewal and economic revitalisation.
